A Bloomingdale High School Class of 2023 grad - go Bulls! - and full-time college student, Davis has lived in the area his entire life and is a close friend of the Timms family. He loves seeing his hard work pay off each week—and enjoys trying new (and sometimes unusual) foods. With Caribbean roots, Davis brings both love and discipline to everything he does.

POOL TECHNICIAN

A 2023 Bloomingdale High School graduate and close friend of the Timms family, Anthony is originally from Massachusetts and prides himself on being open-minded. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his kitten, Korra.

POOL TECHNICIAN

Sheldon loves working with great people and keeping life low-stress. With family ties to both the company and the Timms family, he feels right at home here. Outside of work, you’ll find him fishing—or showing off his hidden talent: touching his nose with his tongue!

MANAGEMENT (CPO)

Born in Springfield, MA, Tim retired from the U.S. Coast Guard in 2024 and settled in Valrico to team up with longtime friends Butch and Olive at Family First Pool Service. A colon cancer survivor and advocate, Tim brings passion, purpose, and a love for community to everything he does. Outside of work, he’s a routine-loving, Boston-sports-cheering, hot-coffee-or-nothing kind of guy—living and working alongside his wife, Selena, and son, Sheldon.

MANAGEMENT

A Florida native and Navy veteran of seven years, Selena loves working alongside family and friends. Fun fact: she used to make gold crowns for dentists and proudly stands at 4’11”. When she’s not working, you’ll find her hitting the gym, watching rom-coms, or indulging in her favorite “food group”—chocolate. She works alongside her husband and stepson, making it a true family affair.

CPO POOL TECHNICIAN

Originally from Las Vegas, Andre takes pride in helping local families enjoy their pools—and might secretly be a vampire (or so they say). When not working, he’s DJing, mixing music, or making memories with his wife, son, and stepdaughter here in sunny Florida.

CPO MASTER TECHNICIAN

Jon takes pride in turning dirty pools into sparkling oases and ensuring every customer is satisfied. Known for his attention to detail and strong work ethic, he approaches every job with care. Above all, Jon is a proud husband to his wife, Nina, and father to a daughter and twin boys.

POOL TECHNICIAN/STORE STAFF

The middle Timms son, Ronin was born in Long Island, NY, and is a proud Bloomingdale High School Class of 2027 student. He loves meeting new people, cracking jokes, and spending time fishing and enjoying the outdoors when he’s not working.

BABY BOSS

The youngest Timms son, Deacon was born in Alexandria, VA, and loves seeing family and friends at work. A Brooker Elementary alumnus and now a Burns Middle School student, he’s a big Pokémon fan—and the life of the party!

CPO MASTER POOL TECHNICIAN

The oldest Timms son, Essick was born in New Jersey and has traveled and lived all over the United States. He’s a proud 2023 Bloomingdale High School graduate. When he’s not on the route, Essick can be found enjoying music, hitting the gym, spending time with his beloved Persian cat, “Dwight Schrute,” or hanging out with family.

Born and raised in rural Michigan and a U.S. Coast Guard veteran, Olive holds a B.S. in Accounting and Organizational Management from St. Joseph’s College in New York. Above all, raising her children and being a devoted wife to Butch are the most important roles she plays. When she’s not working, Olive enjoys entertaining guests and spending time with her family.

Our fearless leader, Butch was born in Springfield, MA, and is the driver behind it all. After serving in the U.S. Coast Guard for 20 years, he was ready for some sunshine and relaxation. A devoted husband and father, he serves as an example for everyone around him.
